This was my final project for my Texturing and Shading 4 class at Gnomon taught by Tran Ma. The goal of the class was to create a portrait using various techniques in skin texturing and shading. Being a huge World of Warcraft fan, I decided to sculpt the likeness of Henry Cavill as Arthas Menethil. I am pretty happy with the final result, I thought I achieved an acceptable likeness and the skin texturing and shading feel and look realistic.
Sculpted in ZBrush. Modeled in Maya. Textured in Mari. Rendered with VRay. Grooming using XGen. Composited in Nuke.
